From community-level. management experience, to multi property oversight, Bryan Preston has built a proven track record of success and specializes in distressed property turn around. Driven by a desire to serve the needs. of seniors, he has motivated others to follow his lead. Bryan previously co-founded Century Park Associates as a vehicle to achieve his goal of providing professional community management. Under his leadership, Century Park expanded to over 50 communities across the United States.

Century Park merged with American Lifestyles. Century Park at the time managed 48 independent living and assisted living communities in 21 states.
BrightSpace Senior Living began in four states with 5 communities. A total of 818 senior apartments, cottages, and homes in BrightSpace.
BrightSpace is proud to have recovered from the post-pandemic years by achieving more than 90% occupancy of all community apartment and homes.
